100% Free Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
If your garment arrives with transit damage, stitching defects, fabric flaws, or print errors, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement to you at zero cost.
1. All Sales Final (No Returns / No Cash Refunds)
Void Flicker operates on a limited-run streetwear drop model. Because all pieces in Drop 01: The Chess Collection are produced in exclusive limited quantities, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue cash refunds, or process cancellations for change of mind or personal preference once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
2. What Qualifies for an Immediate Free Replacement
You are 100% covered for an immediate, free replacement under the following conditions:
- Transit Damage: Parcel arrived torn, soiled, or damaged by the courier partner.
- Manufacturing Flaw: Unstitched seams, fabric holes, tear, or garment structural defect.
- Print Inconsistency: Blurred graphic, peeling ink, misprinted artwork, or severe discoloration.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Received a different design, size, or color than what you originally ordered.
3. How to Claim Your Free Replacement
Contact our support desk at support@voidflicker.store within 48 hours of package delivery.
Provide your Order ID (e.g. VF-123456) and clear photo or video proof clearly showing the defect or damaged packaging along with the courier label.
Our quality team will review your report within 24 hours. Upon verification, a fresh priority replacement will be dispatched to your doorstep at zero cost.
4. Sizing & Fit Guidelines
To avoid sizing discrepancies, exact measurements in inches (Chest, Length, Shoulder) are provided on every product page. Please measure a well-fitting t-shirt or hoodie from your wardrobe and compare it against our size chart before ordering.
• French Terry (260 GSM): Cut oversized with drop shoulders. Order true size for a boxy streetwear drape.
• Supima Regular (160 GSM): Tailored unisex classic cut. Order your standard t-shirt size.
• Fleece Hoodie (300 GSM): Heavyweight regular fit. Size up if you prefer a baggier silhouette.
*Because pieces are produced in limited batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering an incorrect size.
5. Urgent Order Corrections (2-Hour Window)
If you made an accidental error in your delivery address, phone number, or size, you must email support@voidflicker.store within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is released to our national fulfillment queue, address changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
