By visiting or purchasing products from Void Flicker (voidflicker.store), you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and store fulfillment policies.
2. Intellectual Property & Artwork Copyright
All original illustrations, artwork etchings (Drop 01: The Chess Collection), logos, monograms, graphic assets, and typography displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Void Flicker. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, resale, or scraping is strictly prohibited.
3. Product Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our apparel collections and promotional codes (such as LAUNCH10) are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue pieces or garment blanks at any time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligations
For COD orders, customers agree to pay the complete order amount upon doorstep delivery. Void Flicker reserves the right to blacklist phone numbers and shipping addresses that deliberately reject COD parcels at the door without valid defect reasons.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
